On October 4th, 2019, BDPA Huntsville member, Pat King was invited to speak to the students at Mae Jemison High School. Mrs. King spoke to juniors and seniors about her career as an engineer. She described her struggles and triumphs while encouraging the young women and young men to aim high to reach their goals.
After her talk, Mrs. King informed the students about the local chapter of Black Data Processing Associates.
